This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Company and its properties in Dubai. The Operations Manager will work to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and running efficiently, and that the Company is meeting its goals and objectives.

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in property management or operations
• Understanding of off-plan and secondary market properties
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve operations and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations is a plus
