MinimumQualifications: Bachelor's Degree inSpecial Education or relevant postgraduate qualification.Master's degree in SENdesirable.

Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in thefield of SEN.

Job SpecificKnowledge & Skills:

• Evidence of implementing strategicinitiatives and impact within aschool.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading aspecial education or inclusion team.
• Experiencein maintaining accurate and meaningful SEN registers and developinghigh quality IEPs and interventionplans.
• Capacity to identify a range of needtypes and/or development delays.
• Experience inadministering standardized assessments to informprovision.
• Experience in delivering a range ofspecific intervention programmes and be confident in the measuresneeded to prove effectiveness.
• Proven capacityto utilize data to monitor and track SoD progress andattainment.
• To be approachable, professional,calm and knowledgeable.
• To be able to dealprofessionally with a range ofstakeholders.
• Passion for teaching andcommitment to educating and nurturingchildren.
• A high level of professionalism andconsideration of the well-being ofchildren.
• Warmth, empathy, credibility,self-belief, integrity, drive and childcentred.
• Ability to lead and manage ateam.
