    Description

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Experience in a HR generalist or employee relations role, as an employment attorney practicing employment law, or experience applying employee relations/employment legal advice in Germany.
    • Experience working with Works Councils or Unions.
    • Experience conducting and advising on local disciplinary and investigation processes, reorganizations and consultation exercises, and performance management cases.
    • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with stakeholder management in a global organization.
    • Experience implementing mediation strategies.
    • Ability to successfully work across different identities and apply an intersectional lens in daily work and interactions.
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Ability to operate with empathy, and diffuse/de-escalate challenging conversations/situations.
    • Ability to communicate in a relevant language (e.g., Dutch, Polish) fluently.
