Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced tele caller specialist to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Keep records of calls & sales and note useful information.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Willing to join immediately.
Preferably with real estate background
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to prospects.
Excellent English communication skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Job Type:
Full Time

Experiance :
Minimum 6 months in real estate.

Fixed Salary plus Commission

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 10/06/2023
