Job Summary:

As a Social Media Content Manager at As'salam Restaurant in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in creating, curating, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the restaurant's brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create highquality, visually appealing, and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content calendars that maintain a consistent online presence and effectively communicate promotions, events, and updates.
• Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and audience preferences to optimize content strategy and improve reach and engagement metrics.
• Interact with online followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive online relationships.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to enhance the restaurant's online visibility and impact.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and other creative professionals to ensure highquality content production.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage and maintain the restaurant's social media accounts, ensuring accurate and uptodate information is displayed.
• Explore new and innovative ways to leverage emerging social media platforms and tools to enhance the restaurant's online presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a social media content manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong creative and visual sense, with the ability to create engaging content through photos, videos, and graphics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for different platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo/video editing software.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and a good understanding of restaurant culture is desirable.
