Senior Dental Technician – Ceramist

We're currently looking for a Senior Dental Technician – Ceramist who is passionate about aesthetics, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-end restorations.

Position Summary

As a Senior Ceramist, you will be responsible for the final esthetic layer of fixed dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported cases. You must be highly skilled in layering, contouring, and shading to ensure optimal fit, function, and esthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and layer porcelain on crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations
• Ensure esthetic excellence through custom shading, staining, and glazing
• Work closely with other technicians, dentists, and clinicians to ensure case accuracy and satisfaction
• Maintain consistency in high-quality results with minimal remakes
• Interpret and follow detailed work orders and case prescriptions
• Assist with quality control and mentoring junior team members if needed
• Operate within lab protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Dental Ceramist
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics
• Expertise in porcelain build-up, staining, and glazing
• Familiarity with various materials: zirconia, E.max, PFM, etc.
• Ability to match natural tooth shades with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with digital workflows (e.g., CAD/CAM, 3D printing) is a plus
