Full Job Description

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline.
  • Conduct regular "workload distribution review" for efficiency increase.
  • Control direct and indirect costs (like overtime, consumables and outsourcing) in coordination with the finance and operations team.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with strategic customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Resolve any problems or queries that our customers might face
  • Review and verify orders information's and shipping instructions to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Maintain factory production details and communication of open orders report.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Proven experience working with construction chemicals Manufacturing industries
  • Strong understanding of production planning processes understand and work with volume of products required, quantity of production in a day, etc.
  • Must be Self motivated, Taking ownership of processes, Systematic approach to the role
  • Thorough understanding of logistics
  • Road and Ocean movements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of import and export regulations.
  • Proactive, Selfmotivated individual with ability to think ahead based on the data available.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Experience using Tally ERP or a similar system.
  • In charge of incoming and outgoing materials
  • Excellent knowledge of and ability with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Ability to understand and execute new procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills
and fluency in English is required

  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
