• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization onvarious legal matters related to real estate development propertymanagement and investmentactivities.
• Draft review andnegotiate a variety of legal documents contracts andagreements.
• Ensurecompliance with local laws regulations and industrystandards.
• Collaborate withinternal stakeholders external legal counsel and governmentauthorities to resolve legal issues and disputeseffectively.
• Conduct legalresearch to stay updated on relevant laws andprecedents.
• Develop andimplement legal strategies to protect the companysinterests.
• Provide legalsupport in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions orpartnerships.

The SuccessfulApplicant

• Bachelors degree in Law; Masters degree or relevant certificationsare a plus.
• 5 to 8 years ofproven legal experience with a focus on real estate propertymanagement andinvestment.
• Prior experienceworking as a legal consultant in prestigious lawfirms.
• Bilingual proficiencyin English and Arabic ismandatory.
• Strongnegotiation analytical and problemsolvingskills.
• Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills.
• Knowledge of UAElegal framework and regulations pertaining to real estate andinvestments
