Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the safety and security of all employees, clients, and assets
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Manage and train security personnel, ensuring they adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain effective communication with local law enforcement and other relevant authorities
  • Investigate any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches and take appropriate action
  • Maintain accurate records of all securityrelated incidents and activities
  • Stay uptodate with the latest security technologies and trends, and recommend and implement necessary upgrades

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience in security management in the UAE
  • A bachelor's degree in security management or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of security personnel
  • Excellent knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with security technologies, such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems
  • Valid security certification and licenses

Salary:
From AED7,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
