    Looking for a Operations Administrator with extensive experience inMarine industry We are hiring for a Marine Management companybased in UAE

    Job Description&Responsibilities
    • Administration and coordination of meetings whereneeded.
    • Catering Meal sheet and invoicemanagement.
    • Verify daily signed meal sheetsagainst daily POB.
    • Verify monthlyaccommodation and meal sheet summaries towards the signed mealsheets.
    • Verify on back charge time sheetagainst daily POB.
    • To ensure the DocumentManagement Standard is enforced throughout the company.
    • Ensure smooth flow of information between the departmentand the companys other departments vessels and bargessubcontractors and clients.
    • Continuallyimprove the Document Management process within thecompany.
    • Ensure that all documentationgenerated by or on behalf of the company is accurately managedrecorded stored and distributed.
    • Preparesdocumentation materials for and assists in various internal andexternal audits.
    • Participate in any HSEincident and investigation reporting.
    • AssistsOperations Managers and Technical Manager in a day to dayadministrative activities.
    • Providessecretarial services to Managers including arranging meetingsappointments and travel.
    • Attends to the needsof customers / clients by responding to queries and / orfacilitating communication between clients vessels and office ifdirected by management.
    • Ensures that allcorrespondences relating to Operations are effectively handled andorganized.
    • Allocate and control the numberingof documents.
    • Assist in development monitoringand reviewing of operational budgets VS Actualspendings.
    • Support Operational Managers inplanning and executing works where needed.
    • Maintain accurate records of barge movements and otherrelevant operations.
    • Collaborate with otherdepartments such as maintenance HSE (Health Safety and Environment)and finance to achieve operational objectives.
    • Monitor vessel certification overview and liaise withOperations Manager to ensure no certificates will gooverdue.
    • Any other duties as assigned by theTechnical or Operations Manager
    Quality and education.
    • Ability towork in a team.
    • Good knowledge in Englishlanguage.
    • Previous experience in maritimeoperations or a similar industry.
    • Strongorganizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools fordocumentation and reporting.
    • Proven trackrecord in Document Management functions.
