Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed mind maps, process maps and other diagrams that accurately depict current (asis) and future state (tobe) processes
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to gather data, perform analysis, and make datadriven recommendations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and monitor progress to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and deliver training materials to educate stakeholders on new processes.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business process analysis or a related field, with a focus on business process mapping, business improvement initiatives and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Six Sigma (DMAIC), and business process mapping techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to travel as required
