- 10+ years of Customer SuccessManagement experience within EnterpriseSoftware.
- Retail Experience with anunderstanding of how the customer runs their business is aplus
- Cloud Technicalknowledge
- Experience within a Service Deliveryenvironment

- A fully proficient practitionerwho can communicate at all levels within the account and createopportunities for the client to grow and improve their Oracleproducts and services.
- Proven ability to becustomer-focused, and develop acumen to cultivate and developlasting customer relations.
- Must be a SelfStarter who can demonstrate the ability to work autonomously andindependently
- Previous experience with OracleSolutions is preferred.
