We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our award-winning Property Management team.

We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.


Key responsibilities:


  • Carrying out the check in / check out process
  • Arranging and booking property inspections
  • Following up with Landlords / Tenants
  • Conducting internal and external property inspections
  • Collecting/returning keys
  • Working closely with assigned property manager
  • Completing reports for Landlords / Tenants

Role requirements:


  • Minimum two years experience in a similar role
  • Drivers license and a car is essential
  • Experience and knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven experience improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills
