Description
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our team.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation to closing.

You will provide expert advice, analyze financial data, and assist clients in selecting the right mortgage products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their financial situations, goals, and preferences.
  • Educate clients on various mortgage products, interest rates, and terms to help them make informed decisions.
  • Analyze clients' financial profiles, including credit history, income, and debttoincome ratio, to determine mortgage eligibility.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and mortgage lenders to facilitate the underwriting and approval process.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the mortgage process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate referrals and business opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Loan Officer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data accurately and make sound recommendations.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in mortgage origination software and MS Office Suite.
  • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license preferred.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building longterm client relationships.

Pay:
AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
