Agritech company is actively recruiting an
Operations Manager for their team in
Abu Dhabi.*****
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Lead and manage all aspects of operations.
Monitor and maintain operational oversight of Staff and the business output.
Implement strict directives to meet industry standards and customers' expectations.
Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Identify costsaving opportunities and implement costcontrol measures.
Conduct methodical efforts across training, monitoring & output.
Build and maintain good working relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and partners.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Minimum 10 years' experience in operations management within the Agricultural sector

Must have leadership experience with a minimum of 5 direct reports in their current or past role
