- Building and maintaining a networkof industry partners, public authorities, government (local,national & international) and key decision who will helpfacilitate the successful build of the major railproject.
- Maintaining communication withexternal stakeholders and peers to remain knowledgeable aboutcurrent industry precedents and practices and to look for ways towork cooperatively towards commongoals.
- Ensuring technical transparency betweenauthorities on matters which will have a direct affect on thedevelopment of national public transportationpolicies
- Playing a key role in effectivelyresolving the critical physical interface issues between the lineinfrastructure and existing utilities by facilitating effectiveworking relationships between subconsultant, telecom operators,etc...
- Working closely with keyTraffic Stakeholders to ensure successful trafficcoordination.
- Maintaining knowledge ofacquisition processes and timelines, and assist the client inensuring timely and efficient surface land acquisitions andaccess.
- Monitoring current and emergingstakeholder issues and trends, legal precedents and changes in theregulatory environment (political, social, environmental andindustrial) that may affect the projectstrategy.
