Description

We are retained by our client, a leading Air Cargo Charter organisation, to secure a highly experienced DXB-based Air Crago Broker to join their rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage client relationships in the Air Cargo Charter marketplace.
Identify client requirements and offer customized aircraft solutions to meet their specific needs.
Foster and expand relationships with key clients and develop new leads.
Oversee all operational aspects of cargo charters from the initial inquiry to trip completion.
Manage flight quoting and booking processes to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Ensure accuracy and legal compliance of contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters.
Collaborate with clients and suppliers to address contractrelated issues.
Foster effective communication and cooperation for successful contract resolution.

Experience and Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant experience in the aviation sector, focusing on air cargo charter brokerage.
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful client relationship management.
Indepth knowledge of operational aspects related to cargo charters.
Familiarity with legal compliance requirements in the aviation industry.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive business and sales development initiatives.
