**JobDescription:**
We are currently seeking adedicated and customeroriented Guest Service Agent to join ourFront Office team at one of Abu Dhabis leading hotel chains. As aGuest Service Agent you will be responsible for providingexceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive untiltheirdeparture.
**Responsibilities:**
Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with checkin/checkoutprocedures
Handle guest inquiries requests andconcerns promptly and professionally
Provideinformation about hotel facilities services and localattractions
Process reservations cancellationsand modifications accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts andpayments
Coordinate with other hotel departmentsto ensure seamless guest experiences
Handle cashand credit card transactions in accordance with hotelpolicies
Uphold high standards of cleanlinessand organization at the front deskarea
**Requirements:**
Previous experience in a front office or guest service rolepreferably in the hospitality industry
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Strongproblemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to guestservice
Ability to multitask and prioritizetasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computerskills
Fluency in English is required;proficiency in Russian is a plus
Must beeligible to work in Abu Dhabi UAE
