Description
To execute all sales and office co-ordination works, including attending to customers visiting the office.Prepare invoices, DO, packing list and other documents related to order execution.
Regularly follow up the payments and arrange cheque collection thru' sales team
Prepare reports related to total invoicing, stock of materials, payment collection, prepare warranty letters for customers etc.
Manage / maintain the stock of materials in the Abu Dhabi office locations.
Responsible for all the administrative work related to DIVISION MANAGER (like : writing letters to customers & suppliers, sending faxes, taking photocopies, filing, etc.).
Any other tasks related to the field of sales and office work, as and when required.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
AED2, AED2,300.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
