Overview: Seeking a diligenthighly organized resultoriented Specialist FinanceOperations to join our growing Finance team at Presight.

Responsibilities: Reporting to: DirectorFinance Operations your responsibilties include:

• Preparemonthly financial statements underlying schedules and otherfinancial reports.
• Ensure that the books ofaccounts are compiled in a timely and accurate manner.
• Compiling financial reports and take lead on themonthend closing process.
• Coordinate withfinance business partners and Corporate HQ teams for monthlyclosing of books analyse the numbers reported.
• Work closely with Financial reporting team to ensurethat the monthly reporting is been done based on agreedtimelines.
• Preparing audit schedules andmanaging audit field work.
• Ensure accountingsystems and team are functioning according to policy and proceduresaccounting standards and are an accurate representation of Companycurrent standings.
• Support tax team oncompliance matters and additional adhoc projects.
• Manage and implement internal policies and proceduresand controls based on Company requirements targets and regulatoryrequirements.
• Develop and implement processesnecessary to ensure accurate timely and meaningful sharing offinancial information to key stakeholders.
• Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting forthe business including annual operating plans long term plans andmonthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Analyseinterpret and communicate financial information and developperiodic management reports to reflect the overall performance ofthe Company.
• Actively participate in theimplementation and development of the ERP and train accountingstaff on using it.
• Manage guide and mentorany team members reporting into him/ her identify potential talentamongst team members and provide timely support to them forlearning and professional development.
• Supporting on a variety of adhoc projects as required.

Qualifications: To qualify youmust have

• UAEexperience in relevant field for more than 5 years financialoperations mainly.
• CA / CFA / CPA certified /MBAFinance

• Knowledge of UAE financialcommercial and Tax laws

This role is based in Abu Dhabi.
