Support the build-up of the new regional entities, including S/4 ERP implementationAutomation of legal entity-related finance reports, establishment of steering conceptReview and optimize financial reporting file structure and process landscape, including data flow mapping and automationSupport the Accounting and Controlling teams in the daily operation.

Data Analysis:
Gather and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, assisting in the preparation of reports for management

Variance Analysis:
Assist in comparing actual financial results against budgeted or forecasted figures, providing insights into key drivers of performance differences

Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics

Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to gather relevant data, understand business dynamics, and provide financial insights to support decision-making

Continuous Improvement:
Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing enhancements to streamline financial planning and analysis processes.
Experience in Finance/Controlling area - preferably in a multinational environmentProficiency in ERP Finance modules - SAP HANA preferredSolid background of IFRSAdvanced Excel skills - VBA is an advantageUniversity Bachelor/Master's degree - MBA, ACCA, CPA is an advantageExperience with automation (RPA, BOTs)Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
