Job DescriptionJob Summary The Sub-process Owner (SPO) plays a pivotal role in implementing the GBS strategy, Retain Organization Process design, and optimization of E2E processes within the value stream.
His/her primary objective is to ensure that E2E Processes are aligned with business priorities and successfully achieve their transformation objectives.
The SPO collaborates closely with stakeholders, including GFO, GPO, Corporate, Business Units, GBS, sponsors, and project management teams.Their collaboration extends to the execution of functional transformation strategies across different business units and geographical areas that fall under the scope of transformation.
This role is significantly involved in multiple transformational initiatives at various levels within Sales business segments.Roles & Responsibilities - Sales Retain Design:
The Sub-Process Owner (SPO) is responsible for the complete Retain Organization and process design and deployment
Process Integrity:
The SPO is dedicated to maintaining process integrity and ensures that business process models are kept current and aligned with evolving business needs and market trends
Value Acceleration:
Working collaboratively with business units and service providers, the SPO identifies opportunities for accelerating value within processes: They take charge of process documentation, including creating training materials and governance protocols.

Operational, Management5 to & years Prior experience in internal/external consulting and theConsumer-Packaged Goods industry would be preferred. Knowledge of best-in-class standards and practices across industries.
