    ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER Jobs In Dubai United Arab Emirate 2023 | Duncan & Ross


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Create 3D BIM Models. Coordinate all aspects for the model (MEP). Update the BIM model in a biweekly or monthly basis Perform clash detection and resolve all clashes. Manage and coordinate external 3D presentations to the client. Revit modeling for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Work under direction of design professionals and BIM manager.


    Requirements:
    4 years of minimum experience.
    Excellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
    Proficient in Revit is a must.
    Experience with Navis works or Synchro or any other competitive software would be a plus.
    Design experience would be desirableStrong written, verbal communication in English is essential
