Description:A leading hotel in Dubai is urgently in need of a full time experienced guest relations manager.JOB REQUIREMENTSExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.Good knowledge of hotel operation from candidates.Working experience as a guest relations manager in the same field or related for a period of 1 to 2 years.Good leadership skills along with ability to motivate a team into high performance.Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESHandling booking, coordination, and management of the total guest affairs in the hotel.Providing upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay.Ensuring that clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.Monitoring daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.Coordinating luggage collection and storage and also overseeing check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions.
