General Responsibilities:


  • Accounting & Finance practical exposure at entry level
  • Management of the Accounts function ensuring accurate maintenance of accounts in lines with international standards
  • Processes all receipt and disbursements of Petty Cash and Cash Sales.
  • Encode, maintain and reconcile the general ledger on daily basis for CPV, JV, BRV, Debit and Credit note.
  • Manage petty cash funds and report
  • Receiving Cheques, encoding in accounting software and preparing deposit slip.
  • Support Credit Controller in Ageing Analysis and Finance Approval for customer's orders.
  • Trade credit follow up & reconciliation to ensure timely receipts.
  • Allocations of the payments, Monthly report of unallocated report.
  • Sales Orders preparation and Credit Approvals.
  • Price approvals for Sales orders
  • PDC Cheques Maintenance and proper Record keeping
  • Complete documentation of Sales Invoices, Credit Notes, Credit Applications and follow up for missing invoices.
  • Credit Applications record and follow up documentation from Sales Rep.
