Description

Roles & Responsibilities / Job Description:

  • One-to-one onboarding with property owners on the owner's lounge and portal.
  • Answering owners on all SOA related questions-reservation, expense enquiries
  • Preparation of performance reports/reviews
  • Monthly performance review meetings with owners
  • Submission of final invoices to owner's post set up.
  • Submitting PPM reports to owners with all details and supporting documents
  • Annual inventory invoicing to owners
  • Bi-annual linen inventory invoicing to owners
  • Regular attending of owner doubts/concerns/issues
  • Owner approvals for maintenance and procurement needed
  • Managing a property offboarding with an owner.
  • Conducting Exit interviews with owners
  • Liasing with different departments in the company-Operations, Revenue, Admin and Reservations for
  • Negotiating agreements with existing owners
  • Managing the churn rate and overall satisfaction of the owners.

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
