- Answering telephone and reply toemails as per the company standard.
- Make newreservations, amend and cancel reservations according to guestrequest.
- Apply for guest VISA as perimmigration rules when required.
- Checkreservation entered on daily basis to avoid inputerror.
- Co-ordinate with other departments forarranging guest requests.
- Highlight any ratediscrepancy to Revenue Manager.
- Follow uppayments effectively.
- Ensure daily task listsare covered before end of theshift.
