Description
Ø Arrange for obtaining quotations, samples and technical specifications from suppliers.Ø Coordinate with accounts department regarding all purchase orders and invoices.
Ø Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors.
Ø Prepare and maintain prices data base for all material used in projects.
Ø Prepare the project work packages and send inquiries.
Ø Prepare estimates for us in selecting vendors or sub-contractors.
Ø Subcontractors & Suppliers quotations analysis in pre-contract stage.
Ø Tender analysis.
Ø Prepare the L.P.O. for non-standard items purchase.
Ø Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
Ø Preparation of subcontract agreements with subcontractors and suppliers in the post contract stage.
Ø Maintain the cost analysis data base.
Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
