We are urgently hiring an Female: Operations Assistant for our growing team. Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Summary
- The Operations Assistant Head supports the Head of Operations i n overseeing daily operational
- activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. The
- role involves supervising teams, improving processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring
- smooth coordination between departments.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising day-to-day operational activities.
Ensure operational processes run efficiently and meet quality standards.
Monitor workflow and implement improvements where necessary.
Support i n developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2 . Team Supervision
- Supervise operational staff and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Assist in staff scheduling, task allocation, and workload management.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of operations personnel when required.
3 . Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track operational KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring.
4 . Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Admin, Commercial, Accountant, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Support management in implementing strategic initiatives.
5 . Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence t o company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in M S Office and operational management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
