We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Managers who will be responsible for driving sales and expanding brand presence across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa, South America, GCC, and other emerging markets with significant potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the company's footprint.
• Develop distribution and wholesale channels across the globe into affordable luxury segments.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and maintain P&L.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and showcase products.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance reviews to the management regularly.
• Demonstrate a profound grasp of the company's mission, vision, and values, and actively contribute to their successful attainment.

Requirements

• In-depth fragrance market knowledge with a strong network of contacts and relationships in the industry.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• A proven track record of successful sales experience in the perfume industry.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
