Job Description:
- Manage and own all aspects of the sales process:
- Prospecting: actively looking for new potential clients
- Qualifying: evaluate the opportunities before taking to the next step
- Proposal Development: develop proposals with assistance from technical and estimation teams.
- The Close: lead the negotiation process and close the deal.
- Follow up: keep in touch with client during execution and even afterwards to ensure better client relationship.
- Be responsible for payment collections.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales within the UAE construction industry
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
