Position: Site Supervisor Engineer

Experience: 4-5 years in UAE

Location: 18 Street Al Quoz 4, Dubai, UAE

We are an Interior Design and Landscape company seeking a talented and experienced Site Supervisor Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in the UAE Construction Company, with a strong background in interior design and landscaping projects (fit out work / interior work) With Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Work closely with the design team to interpret plans and drawings accurately and ensure proper execution on site.
• Keep accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
• Provide regular progress updates to project managers, highlighting any potential risks or delays.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, planning, and implementing project timelines.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor Engineer in the UAE with Valid UAE Driving License.
• Proficiency in software necessary for project management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, DM Submission, and safety regulations.
