    We are currently seeking a dynamic,strategic, and innovative Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join ourteam. This is a permanent role that will give you an opportunity toshape the future of our healthcare organization. You will beresponsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative andoperational functions of our company, ensuring that our hospitalruns efficiently and effectively to provide the best possible carefor our patients. This role requires a strong understanding of themedical industry, financial acumen, and exceptional leadershipskills.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement operationalpolicies and a strategic plan to help achieve thecompany's mission andobjectives.
    • Oversee daily operations acrossvarious departments including finance, human resources, and medicalservices.
    • Work closely with the CEO and othersenior executives to plan and develop strategies for operationalprocesses and improvements.
    • Prepare and managethe hospital's budget to support operational efficiencyand effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with legalregulations and maintain an understanding of healthcare trends andlegislation.
    • Collaborate with medical andnon-medical staff to ensure high-quality patientcare.
    • Lead and motivate staff to meetperformance goals, foster employee alignment with corporate goals,and promote a positive and supportive workenvironment.
    • Implement data-driven, continuousoperational improvements to enhance efficiency and quality ofcare.
    • Establish strong relationships with keystakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, andcommunity organizations.

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in HealthServices, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field isrequired.
    • Minimum of 5 years of seniormanagement experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in ahospital.
    • Strong understanding of budgeting,financial management, and healthcareregulations.
    • Proven experience in operationsmanagement with a track record of effectively leading anoperation's team and managing various types of healthcareprofessionals.
    • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, andprovide direction to a large team.
    • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildstrong relationships with patients, staff, and otherstakeholders.
    • Strong strategic thinking andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions ina fast-paced environment.
    • High level ofintegrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency andresults-orientation.
    • Familiarity with MS Officeand various medical software.
