Our client, a leading fintech company, is expanding its reach beyond payment solutions to embrace a range of innovative projects in logistics, transportation, and other technology-driven sectors.

Inspired by our recent explorations in China, we are poised to bring groundbreaking initiatives to the Iraqi market.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Project Leader to identify, negotiate, and successfully launch these new initiatives in Iraq.

This role requires a unique combination of technological savvy, international business acumen, and a deep understanding of the Iraqi market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess potential projects in logistics, transportation, and related sectors for their viability in Iraq.
Lead negotiations with Chinese partners for technology licensing and project collaboration.
Manage the endtoend process of project implementation, from initial agreement to successful launch.
Adapt international technologies and practices to suit the Iraqi market, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance.
Coordinate with internal teams in Iraq and Dubai, providing leadership and clear direction.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, government entities, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing and executing largescale projects, with a preference for backgrounds in technology, logistics, or transportation.
Strong track record in international negotiations and crosscultural collaborations, preferably involving Chinese companies.
Deep knowledge of the Iraqi market, culture, and business practices.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
