- Lead therapeutic meals, includingpre-meal and post-meal processinggroups.
- Conduct one-on-one individualtherapy and family therapysessions.
- Maintains appropriate and timelycommunication with client care team and other significant contacts,conveying a positive professionalimage.
- Individual Case Management andcoordination.
- Attend all rounds, staffmeetings, and groupsupervisions.
- Complete all required clinicalnotes.
- Conduct intake assessments asneeded.
- Represent BALANCE at marketingevents as needed.

A Program Therapist is animportant part of treatment at BALANCE in individual, group, andfamily therapy. A Program Therapist's duties includecompleting clinical assessments, performing discharge and aftercareplanning, as well as providing therapeutic meal support, andcoordination of care with other members of the client'sreferring treatment team.
