STOREKEEPER - Joinery Fit-Out Company

We are looking for an organized store keeper with Interior fit-out experience
Your main tasks and responsibilities are as follows (but not limiting to):

  • Establishing and organizing a fully functioning storage system for all required items, inputting data in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Work in coordination with production and sites to determine products needed
  • Arranging materials and handing over to teams who are deployed to sites
  • Record keeping of tools and equipment with the factory and site personnel.
  • Work closely with procurement officer, accounts department and supervisor
  • Monitor and Inspect all received materials for any material defects, delivery shortage, and invoice discrepancy.
  • Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
  • Assign materials used to ongoing jobs and update inventory levels
  • Executing all other stockrelated duties which may include returning and packing supplies.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
-
Minimum 5 years storekeeping experience in Joinery fitout companies:

  • Knowledge of tools & building materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet and inventory processing software
  • Must speak English & Hindi
