    Develop and implement effectivemarketing strategies for listing promotion and attracting potentialbuyers or tenants.

    Keep accurate records usingCRM software for property listings transactions and clientcommunications.

    Stay updated on industry bestpractices through ongoing training and professional development.

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Real Estate or a related field is preferredshowcasing a solid educational foundation.
    • Minimum 23 years of proven experience as a successful Real EstateAgent in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai.
    • Possession of a RERA certification is required todemonstrate compliance with regulatory standards in the real estateindustry.
    • Indepth knowledge of the Dubaireal estate market encompassing property values neighborhoods andcurrent market trends.
    • Exceptionalcommunication and negotiation skills to foster productiveinteractions with clients colleagues and stakeholders.
    • A track record of successfully executing propertytransactions and consistently surpassing sales targets.
    • Ability to operate both independently andcollaboratively within a teamoriented environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency inutilizing other cuttingedge real estate tools.
    • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in allinteractions reflecting the high standards of the real estateindustry.
    • A valid UAE driving license is amust for this role as it involves property visits and clientmeetings.
