Requirements

Whatyou will need to succeed in the role:

• Experienced financial servicesprofessional, likely qualified e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA or other (e.g.CFA)
• Exposure of reporting delivery, andmultiple regulatory jurisdictions
• Knowledge ofa range of businesses and operational processes across the breadthof financial services environment
• Skilled inhandling and controlling Finance data
• Strongability to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks and applyappropriate controls over regulatory productionprocesses
• Proactively looks for methods tosimplify processes
• Good problem solver withwell-developed analytical skills
• Experience ofdelivering to multiple internal and external stakeholders such asexternal auditors, regulators, audit committees, businesses, ability to successfully navigate a matrixstructure
• Experience of operating in a diverseinternational financial services group with a matrix structureencompassing business, functional and geographicaldimensions
• Ability to manage multiple and, attimes, conflicting objectives, prioritisingeffectively
• Commercially minded and ability toboth make decisions in a timely manner and to delegate toothers
• Proven ability to influence at seniorlevels across functions, geographies andbusinesses
• Excellent all-round communicationskills
