Job summary
Patrol hotel areas to maintain safety and security across the property Secure rooms and assist guests with room access when required Monitor CCTV alarm systems and access controls Conduct emergency response drills safety inspections investigations and audits Authorize monitor and document access to secured areas Respond to incidents accidents emergencies providing first aid or CPR when needed Gather information prepare incident reports and maintain confidentiality of records De-escalate disturbances resolve safety hazards in line with company procedures Escort unauthorized or unwelcome individuals from the property when necessary Ensure compliance with alcohol control laws internal security policies Support management by assisting with training coaching motivating team members Serve as a role model first point of contact for fair treatment open-door processes Handle guest employee complaints professionally promptly Use proper code responses communication protocols during incidents
