We are currently hiring for Male Property Consultants/ Real Estate Agents/Real Estate Consultant for Secondary Market to be a part of our Growing Organization

  • Experience
  • Min. 1+ Year in Dubai Real Estate (Only Experienced are welcome)
  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls for prospective client for Sales.
  • Disciplined, presentable and aggressive in reaching the monthly targets.
  • Actively be involved in the Sales of residential properties & generate consistent revenue.
  • Promote Sales of properties through multiple channel, open houses and through broker network.
  • Be up to date with Real Estate market trends & familiar about current pricing of Sales of properties.
  • Assess & Evaluate the clients requirement & financial capabilities to offer properties which are in the budget.
  • Closes new sales business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Monitor contract details to notify clients/tenants of pending expiration and help process renewal of tenancy contracts and other required documents.
  • Assist clients/tenants in resolving issues and complaints concerning the property if any.
