    Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

    Answering the telephone, taking enquiries and ensuring messages aredelivered to relevantstaff

    Source, create & coordinate relevant documents, agendas¬es

    Create, process and analyse variousreports

    Maintainingethical and safe work environment, including keeping office andkitchen areas clean and clear ofhazards

    Management of email accounts, booking meetings, arranging travellogistics, and managingdiaries

    General administrative support includingfiling
    Relevant ad-hoc duties, asrequired

    Theideal person has well-round administrative and customer servicesskills, who is naturally organised with an eye for detail and whoenjoys their role and is proactive with time management. You musthave a positive can do attitude and be able to multi-task. The rolehas plenty of variety and essentially covers all aspects of generaloffice administration and support tasks for thebusiness.

    Specifically,you willneed:

    Good system skills and knowledge of (MS window, Excel &PowerPoint)

    Excellent communication skills both written &spoken

    Strong stakeholder & customer servicesskills

    Excellent time management and organisational skills with theability to multi-task and prioritise your work and a high attentiontodetail

    Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and take initiativeas well as work well as part of ateam

    Ability to manage and interpretdata

    Effective numerical, critical thinking and analyticalskill
