    • Address customer requests toachieve satisfactory resolutions, referring issues beyond the rolelimit to appropriate points ofreference.
    • Apply, and comply with, relevantprocesses, procedures and controls.

    To be successful inthis role, you will need the following skills andexperience...

    • Min. secondaryeducation
    • 2 years work experience in similarposition
    • Relevant technical knowledge andcommunication skills
    • Detail Oriented, able towork under pressure with a positive customer service attitude.Bilingual with English a must
    • Goodinterpersonal competencies to enable customer servicestandards.
