    Role Overview

    As an Enterprise Data Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, prepare technical documentation, and address client inquiries. You will collaborate with customers and consultants to assess needs and develop efficient solutions. Your role includes supporting sales with costing, technical inputs, and project execution, including AMC support, while staying updated on evolving networking technologies.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Respond to client and consultant requests with accurate and timely information while maintaining strong communication.
    • Prepare costing sheets, BOQs, and technical documentation with precision to support project requirements.
    • Conduct site surveys, develop network diagrams, and create Wi-Fi heatmaps for effective network planning.
    • Engage with customers to assess business needs and recommend suitable network solutions.
    • Support the sales process by providing technical plans and assistance from project inception to closure.
    • Execute network support and implementation tasks efficiently to ensure seamless operations.
    • Continuously update knowledge on networking technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
    Requirements
    • Proficiency in Networking Protocols
    • Good documentation skills
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of Network Design Tools
    • Excellent MS Office skills
    • Network Troubleshooting
    • Certifications – ClearPass, Cisco, CCNA, Huawei, Aruba, etc.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in computer science / ICT Engineering
