    Description

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Execution of the SOXprogram (SOX compliance,testing...)
    • Internal auditmissions
    • Contribute to internal audit missionsas per the annual audit plan

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in accounting, finance or a business relatedfield
    • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) orCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification ispreferred
    • 3+ years of auditingexperience
    • Strong technical audit andaccounting skills, including knowledge of SOX standards, U.S. GAAP,COSO Framework, GAAS, IIA and PCAOB AuditingStandards
    • Public Accounting experience,preferably from a Big 4 AccountingFirm
    • International/public company experience isa plus
    • Excellent listening, verbal, and writtencommunication skills.
    • Superior analytical andcritical thinking skills with the ability to use logic andreasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternativesolutions, conclusions or approaches to complexproblems
    • Self-motivated individual with abilityto operate independently, and work well inteams
    • Ability to interact comfortably acrossall levels of management in a globalenvironment
    • Ability to quickly assimilaterelevant information in unfamiliarsituations
    • Proficient in English, French isalso preferred
    • Foreign languagespeaking/reading skills is a plus (especially Spanish orGerman)
