Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our properties, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, design, and operations, to define marketing objectives, identify target audiences, and develop effective messaging and positioning.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key selling points.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 57 years of professional experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make datadriven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
