    Your roleAs a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to manage and support end user device.


    You will need to:
    Provide in house support for End User Computing and Network devices and systemsIT

    Asset Management:

    Maintain and update an IT asset register detailing all end user and network devices (laptops, desktops, IP phones, VC equipment, routers, switches etc.)Assist and coordinate with Third Party Contractors to provide EUC services.

    Deploy desktop, laptop, IT peripherals, printers and monitors as required.
    Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct issues related to all EUC devices. Escalate incidents as necessary.
    Provide deployment support for installation of computers plus new installations.
    Assist in relocating and removing existing computers devices.
    Install a standard computer and related peripheral devices upon receiving a request.
    Maintain and update the existing Standard Operating Environment (SOE).Provide minor upgrades to End User computers.
    Wi-Fi Access control and end user supportAssist end users with TP and other meeting room equipment.
    Manage and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating Procedures and best practices.
    Manage vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure software products and services.
    Have familiarity with server management and NAS and SAN storage management.
    Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

    RequiredEnd User support experience, preferably in a large organization Must be fluent with End User Computing systems and have significant work experience or certifications in the following:

    Windows 7, 8, 10Microsoft OfficeVMWare NSXCisco and HP Routers and SwitchesHP Enterprise ManagementLoad BalancersLeased Circuit Management

    Proficient in English language (Verbal/Written). Required to work in shifts. Provide workstation support. Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements. Contribute expertise to the Management of existing and new IT products as well as services. Hands on experience on application-level troubleshooting.
