- Support in strategy definition& program management
- Bring criticalthinking and an analytical approach to solving hard strategicproblems and to turn preliminary thoughts and ideas into soundplans
- Work with product, operations, financeand commercial teams across geographies to translate strategy toexecution;
- Lead work streams and projectsindependently in cross-functionalsettings
- Support the Strategy Lead on keyforums and meetings with broader Careem leadership (setting projectgovernance framework, define agenda items, prepare content, managestakeholders, etc.)
- Work closely with insights& analytics team
- Keep a tab on markettrends and insights across FoodTech ecosystem, and identifyopportunities for Careem
- Work with analysts toderive insights and identify areas for growth & improvementfrom internal data
- Structure and conductanalyses independently, aggregate data needed to answer keybusiness questions, work with analytics team to refine analyses andderive insights
- Communicate data and marketinsights in a concise and structured manner, and feed them into thevarious cross-functional forums and strategicdiscussions.
