    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a results-oriented and tech-savvy Regional Marketing Manager META to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies across the Middle East Turkey and Africa.

    This role is essential to building brand awareness generating pipeline through the channel and supporting vendor-aligned campaigns in the fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

    The ideal candidate has experience in B2B technology marketing preferably in IT security or distribution and is confident working in a fast-paced partner-driven environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Regional Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute the regional marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals vendor priorities and local market trends.
    Localize and adapt regional campaigns for relevance across different META markets.
    Vendor & Channel CampaignsPlan and implement joint marketing campaigns with vendors Channel partners and end users.
    Manage co-marketing funds (MDF) ensuring compliance ROI tracking and timely execution of activities.
    Support partner enablement demand generation and product launch activities.

    Events & WebinarsPlan coordinate and execute regional events webinars workshops and roadshows (virtual and in-person).Collaborate with vendors sales teams and local partners to ensure event success.

    Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationManage regional digital marketing efforts including paid media SEO email marketing and LinkedIn campaigns.
    Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance optimizing tactics based on analytics.

    Content & CommunicationWork with global teams to adapt and create localized marketing collateral including data-sheets case studies and landing pages.

    Develop messaging tailored to regional verticals audiences and use cases.
    Team & Vendor CollaborationAct as the marketing point of contact for key cybersecurity vendors in the META region.
    Collaborate with internal sales technical and partner teams to support go-to-market plans.

    Leading the marketing department and managing the marketing teamRequirementsRequired Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (MBA is a plus).5 8 years of experience in regional B2B marketing preferably in IT cybersecurity or tech distribution.

    Strong understanding of channel marketing and co-branded campaigns.
    Proven ability to work across countries and cultures in META.Excellent communication writing and project management skills.
    Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics LinkedIn Ads).Fluent in English; Arabic French or Turkish is a plus.

    Ability to travel across the regionPreferred Experience:
    Prior experience managing MDF and marketing compliance for key vendorsBackground in value-added distribution or vendor/channel marketing.
    Familiarity with regional cybersecurity trends and key decision-making audiences (CISOs IT directors resellers).
