Basic Qualifications And SkillsRequirements

• Bachelor's Degree in abusiness, marketing, communications, science, informationtechnology, engineering, or other relevantfield.
• Minimum of 5 years of experienceperforming in proposal development, ideally in the role of aProposal Manager for one or more FederalContractors.
• Expert knowledge of federalproposal best practices, industry standards, and federalprocurement regulations, including FAR andDFARS
• Excellent writing, editing, andcommunication skills, with the ability to write and edit technicaland non-technical content.
• Strong projectmanagement skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks andmanage multiple federal proposalssimultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Officeand federal proposal development software, such as Adobe Acrobatand SharePoint
• Willingness to flex workschedule to meet proposal objectives..
• Solidwritten and verbal communicationskills.
• Willing to travel to support keyproposal efforts (less than 20%).
  

PreferredQualifications And Skills Requirements

• Association of Proposal ManagementProfessionals (APMP) Certification
• Has workedin the intelligence, cyber, information technology and/or spaceenvironments.
• Has managed large subcontractorteams in prime contractor role.
• Has supportedthe development of an oral presentation ordemonstration.
