JESS Dubai is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant for their Primary school in Arabian Ranches.

As a well-established, high performing Dubai School, a full-time position is available from August 2024 based in the Primary School at Arabian Ranches.

Inclusion Support Assistant

The successful applicant will:

Have relevant qualifications, including a minimum of High School Diploma r equivalent. A Cache Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
Extensive recent experience and further qualifications supporting inclusion for students with SEND would be advantageous.
At least 3 years' experience in supporting teaching and learning in the classroom (at any phase of learning) including a range of interventions to impact learning is required
Previous experience of working with students of determination is highly desirable
Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to work positively and effectively with colleagues
Be open and adaptable to changing circumstances and guidelines to meet the needs of all primary age children
To enthusiastically contribute to the inclusion of all students.
Maintain a positive attitude and work cooperatively as part of a team at all times
Demonstrate the ability to inspire, encourage and motivate children.
Contribute positively to all aspects of school life.
Be under a spouse visa
